This weekend we celebrated my sister in law’s birthday on a beautiful winter’s Saturday on the Central Coast. I made Jamie Oliver’s Hazelnut Torte ahead of time and started on the dinner when we got up there. This lasagne was a labour of love and although it cut down on my play and snuggle time with my über cute nephews, it was an all round success and worth the extra effort.
